Students, trainees, and travellers alike will discover that Université du Québec residences are quality apartments in a safe environment.
Kitchen-equipped and fully furnished, the apartments include all services (electricity, Internet, cable and telephone). To ensure a safe, peaceful environment that reflects how important Université du Québec considers quality of life within its walls, strict regulations are in force for all residents.
Université du Québec residences serve a student clientele from various educational institutions including the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS), the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP), Université Laval’s schools of architecture and visual arts, the Quebec Bar and Bart, O'Sullivan and Wilbrod-Bherer colleges.
Residences comprise the Résidences Sainte-Hélène and Édifice Fleurie buildings. Combined, they can accommodate 138 people and offer different types of housing:*
• 6 1/2 (4 bedrooms);
• 4 1/2 (2 bedrooms);
• studios (single or double occupancy).
* *A 4 ½ room apartment and a studio are also available for those with reduced mobility.
